Open the live map of BredaBreda sits where the railways from Rotterdam, Tilburg and Antwerp cross, which makes its station one of the busiest in Brabant. Intercities to The Hague, Zwolle and Vlissingen call here, as do the international trains towards Belgium. The bus station lies beneath the station building, and it is there that Arriva starts its city and regional routes under the Bravo brand. The city network covers a town that expanded considerably during the 1970s and 1980s. Routes run to Hoge Vucht and Groenedijkplein in the north, to the Haagse Beemden in the north-west, and to Brabantpark and the Heerbaan on the southern side. Outside town the regional routes spread across western Brabant: to Oosterhout and Geertruidenberg in the north, Etten-Leur and Zundert in the west, Baarle-Nassau in the south, and the river country towards Gorinchem.
